Guy is applying to work for your business.
No fake booking animation. No scripted click-through. Give Guy a situation from your business and have a real voice conversation with the AI employee applying for the job.
Give Guy the hardest lead you can think of.
Tell him what kind of company you run, then give him a lead, caller, objection, or customer situation. This is a real conversation, so there are no buttons steering him toward a predetermined ending.
Guy has not been trained on your company yet. The customized version gets your knowledge, voice, qualification rules, calendars, and human handoffs.
Guy is applying for the job.
This is a real voice conversation—not a click-through simulation. Guy has not been trained on your business yet, so give him a situation and hear how he thinks on his feet.
- Give him the job
Tell Guy what kind of business he is auditioning for.
- Give him a real situation
Use a lead, caller, objection, or customer question you hear often.
- Decide if he earns the role
Imagine the trained version with your knowledge, rules, and calendars.
Click the orb and allow microphone access. You can mute or end the conversation at any time.
The intelligence is real. The training comes next.
This audition lets you hear the conversation quality before any custom build. It does not pretend Guy already knows your business or claim that he completed actions you did not see happen.
A live, unscripted conversation
Guy listens and responds through the CRMX Voice AI widget. Your words—not a preset decision tree—shape the audition.
Your business becomes his playbook
Services, FAQs, qualification, calendars, policies, escalation rules, and follow-up give the hired version the context to do the real job.
Do not judge him on facts he has never been taught.
Judge the audition on how Guy listens, thinks, asks questions, handles the conversation, and explains what he would do next. If he earns the role, CRMX trains the real version on your company before customers meet him.
By the way—you don’t have to call him Guy.
Guy is our name for the audition. Your AI employee can sound, speak, and introduce itself in the way that feels right for your business and your customers.
Does my AI employee have to be named Guy?
Not at all. Guy is simply what we call the AI employee in this audition. Yours can be Jessica, Bob, Alex, your brand name, or any customer-facing name that feels natural to your audience.
Can I choose a different voice—or a female voice?
Absolutely. The name, personality, and audible voice are separate choices. Choose a male, female, or other available voice, then match the accent, language, tone, and speaking style to the people you serve.
How many voices can I choose from?
CRMX currently gives you more than 340 built-in voices across 54+ supported languages. You can filter by language, accent, gender, and quality, then preview voices before choosing one.
Can I create a custom voice from my own voice?
Yes—with the speaker’s permission. You can record or upload a clean voice sample inside CRMX and create a reusable cloned voice through ElevenLabs or Cartesia. We can help you test it before customers hear it.
Can I import an ElevenLabs voice I already like?
Yes. Supported ElevenLabs voices can be imported into your CRMX custom voice library and assigned to your AI employee. If you already have a voice in mind, we can use its ElevenLabs Voice ID.
Can I change the name or voice later?
Anytime. Changing the voice changes how your AI employee sounds—not the training, scripts, logic, or actions behind it. You can rename the employee or switch voices as your brand and audience evolve.
