We've made it highly affordable to pay as you go instead of having to pay higher monthly fees for data you don't ever use. This allows you to add unlimited contacts without getting charged, which is unique, because most CRM platforms charge for quantity of contacts, not just data. You'll only get charged for the data you use to communicate with contacts, so add as many contacts as your heart desires.

Data charges are for Calls, Texts, Emails, and AI usage. The below pricing is subject to change anytime. All data charges are listed in detail per charge in your account with 100% transparency. You can easily download a file of all your charges and see exactly what it's costing in data each month.
Phone Calls
Calls are $.021 cents per minute to make calls and $.0128 cents per minute to receive calls. That's about $10 per 475 outbound phone calls (averaging 1 min per phone call).
Phone Numbers
Phone numbers are $1.15/month per phone number. You own these numbers and can buy and use as many as you like.
Text Message Fees
Like all CRM platforms, texting includes required carrier fees, so if you use SMS/MMS in CRMX you may see a small monthly A2P 10DLC compliance fee plus tiny per-message carrier fees set by mobile carriers (i.e. Verizon and AT&T... not CRMX), which we pass through with so you only pay for what you use and we can keep our subscription pricing simple and free of per-user fees.
Text messages are charged per segment of characters sent. Without getting too complicated in explaining what that means, you can expect an average cost to be approximately $.0119 cents per text message. This charge applies for outgoing and incoming text messages. That's about $10 per 840 text message segments.
Emails
Outbound emails are $.0014 cents per email. That's approximately $10 per 7,145 emails sent (super affordable!). Incoming emails are free.
Average: The average CRMX client spends approximately $25 per month on data charges.
If you plan on sending high volume text and email campaigns each month (10,000 or more), then be sure to account for the data charges in your outbound marketing budget.
It’s simple. Log in to your account, go to Settings > Billing, and choose Pause or Cancel.
If you’re canceling, make sure to submit the request at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
If you pause your account, you’ll pay a $25/month holding fee. This keeps all your data intact—including contacts, automations, websites, funnels, and settings—without deleting anything. While your account is paused, you won’t be able to log in or use any features, and all automations will be stopped.
When you’re ready to come back, just contact our support team and we’ll reactivate your account.
Yes, you can choose to upgrade to annual from within your application. Go to settings > billing > update my plan. Choose annual and complete checkout.
Setup is optional, not required. Some clients prefer to do everything themselves, while others want our team to handle the heavy lifting so they can launch faster.
When our team assists with setup, we typically see up to a 300% faster launch. This can include one-on-one onboarding sessions, connecting email and phone numbers, domain setup, importing contacts, and configuring key systems.
Setup support is custom-priced based on what you want us to handle. Most setups range from $300 to $2,500, depending on the scope of work.
You can contact our support team at any time to review your needs. We’ll outline what makes sense for your situation, confirm the scope, and send you a separate setup invoice if you choose to move forward.
Setup fees, when purchased, are one-time, billed separately from your monthly subscription.
Note: Setup fees and partial months are non-refundable, including if you choose not to use the system for a period of time.
Yes, any data you add to your account is yours. We do not access, sell, or rent any data from our clients... That's illegal... And anyone that would do this should be tortured and made to eat worms for life.
Yes, we give you a special invite to our custom Zapier integration once you enroll. You'll be able to connect to thousands of other applications via Zapier.
Abso-freakin-lutely! We have iOS and Android mobile apps. Search for CRMX and download it. You'll use the same login as you do with the desktop browser.
Launch plan includes up to 2 users. Pro Edition includes up to 10 users. Unlimited Edition gives you unlimited users.
You cannot add users for a per user cost. If you want more users than your current edition offers, you must upgrade to either Pro (if you have between 3-10 users) or Unlimited if you want unlimited users. We designed the pricing this way so it saves you hundreds (if not, thousands) per month in "per user" fees.
You can also restrict sales users to only see the contacts, sales opportunities, and calendar items assigned to their user.
We have a full-time 24/7 live chat support team ready to help you anytime you need it. You can choose from our live super fast chat support, or you can choose to submit tickets anytime of the day and we'll get back to you with an answer and solution quickly.
In addition to standard support, you also have access to live Open Office Hours held several times each week. During these dedicated sessions, you can join our team for one-on-one help with anything you need—technical support, strategy, ideas, best practices, or guidance on how to use any feature or app included inside CRMX. Any user on your CRMX account is welcome to attend. Many members find these sessions extremely valuable for learning faster, getting unstuck, and sharpening their skills.

One, we have a video tutorial library that is constantly growing to help every little question or solution you're looking for.
Two, we have live trainings sessions called "open office hours" several times per week with our expert team to show you how to do the "basics"... or "advanced" stuff you're wanting to do with your CRMX account.
Three, we have CRMX Academy. This is series of robust training courses that can train you and your team members on how to use the platform based on the role they play on your team. If they are an admin, they can go through the Administrative Course. If they are in sales, they can choose from our "Setter" or "Closer" courses to get them up to speed quickly. Plus many more courses that address the main roles inside a business.
Yep, it does. You can cancel any other funnel builder accounts and save immediate money (saves at least $1,000 per year). It also includes your website hosting, so there's another $100-200 per year saved.
If you already have a GoHighLevel account (the platform/backbone software we use to build CRMX), we do NOT offer to share a copy of CRMX to your existing GHL account. If you want to use the extraordinary benefits of the CRMX system, you'll need to invest in our entire CRMX product that we've invested several years building. This is not just a copy of GHL, far from it. We've completely customized GHL to become CRMX and we're proud to bring it to the industry. We are constantly improving the system and adding more features on a weekly basis. Many of our clients cancel their current GHL account and transfer to CRMX because we've already done all the heavy lifting and built it for the home service industry to maximize their leads, sales, and raving fans.
