How does the 14-day free trial work?

Choose Pro or Unlimited, add a card, and pay $0 for the software subscription today. Your selected monthly plan begins after the 14-day trial unless you cancel. Usage-based services are separate and are charged when used.

Do Pro and Unlimited include AI employees?

Yes. Both editions include CRMX AI voice, chat, and appointment-booking tools. Your team can set up and train the AI employees, or you can purchase a done-for-you service if you want CRMX to handle that work.

Is setup required?

No. There is no required setup fee for Pro or Unlimited. You can set up CRMX with your team, or pay for help with migration, account setup, AI employees, websites, funnels, follow-up, or a complete growth system.

What costs are usage-based?

Calls, phone numbers, SMS and MMS segments, outbound email, carrier-compliance charges, and AI consumption are billed according to usage. You can see the charges in your account, and rates may change when provider costs change.

What is the difference between Pro and Unlimited?

The main difference is team size: Pro supports up to 10 users, while Unlimited has unlimited users. Both include the complete CRMX feature set listed on this page.

Can CRMX build our AI team and conversion system?

Yes. Tell us what you want your AI employees and lead journey to accomplish. We can plan and build the roles, conversations, booking, pages, follow-up, reporting, and human handoffs. Done-for-you services are priced separately from the software subscription.

What support and training are included?

CRMX subscriptions include 24/7 in-app live chat, tickets, screen-share support, tutorials, Academy resources, and live guidance. Support helps your team use the platform; done-for-you building is purchased separately.

Do we own the data in our CRMX account?

Yes. Data you add to your CRMX account belongs to you. Review the current terms, export options, and cancellation requirements before purchase.

Does CRMX have mobile apps?

Yes. CRMX has iOS and Android apps, and the same account login is used for mobile and desktop access.

What if we already use HighLevel?

CRMX is a customized white-label platform built on HighLevel technology, not an add-on for an existing HighLevel account. Talk with us before moving so we can review your data, pages, integrations, phone, email, and calendars with you.
