Do my purchased hours expire?

Yes. All hours must be used within 60 days of purchase. Any unused hours will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or rolled over. For monthly retainer clients, hours reset every month.

What kind of tasks can I use my hours for?

You can apply your hours to any CRMX-related build-out, including workflow automation, CRM customization, lead follow-up systems, email/SMS sequences, and funnel builds. Hours cannot be used for unrelated services outside of CRMX.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use all my hours?

No. All sales are final, and there are no refunds for unused hours. If something unexpected comes up, you can apply your hours to another CRMX-related project within your account before they expire.

How long does it take to complete my tasks?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your requests and current workload. We aim to complete most tasks within 5-10 business days, but larger projects may take longer. Need it fast? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
